These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of products offered by Banquist Ltd. (company number 12090778), registered at Cremer Business Centre, Brickfields, 37 Cremer St, London, E2 8HD.
Banquist Ltd. trades as Hush Wines for certain products and marketing, but these Terms apply to all e-commerce brands operated by Banquist Ltd.

1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcoholic beverages in the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement.
2. Orders & Contract
2.1. When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
2.2. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email accepting your order.
2.3. All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer a suitable replacement or cancel the affected part of your order with a refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time but will always honour the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed.
3.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the approved payment methods provided at checkout.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery options and estimated timeframes are provided at checkout.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or other factors outside our control.
4.3. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery; however, this does not affect your rights under our refund policy.
5. Refunds, Returns & Replacements
We want all customers to be delighted with their order. We offer a generous, hassle-free refund and replacement policy:

Any bottle that arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or faulty will be fully refunded or replaced at no cost to you.

If your order is lost, misdelivered, or missing items, we will resend or refund immediately.

If wine is corked, oxidised, or otherwise defective, we will replace it or refund the affected bottle(s).

In cases where a product is no longer available, a refund or a suitable alternative will be offered.
To start a return or refund request, contact jonny+hushwines@banquist.com within a reasonable time after delivery.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
6. Cancellations
6.1. You may cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting us as soon as possible.
6.2. If your order has already been dispatched, standard return rules apply.
7. Age Verification
7.1. We reserve the right to request age verification at checkout, at delivery, or at any stage required to comply with licensing laws.
7.2. Couriers may refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.
8. Product Information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, vintages, and pricing are accurate. However, wine vintages may change depending on availability and supply. If a substitution is necessary, we will notify you before shipping whenever possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, negligence, or any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9.2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Banquist Ltd. You may not reproduce or reuse any content without prior written consent.
11. Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. We only use your data to fulfil orders, improve our services, and communicate with you where permitted.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
